Ramiro was great and answered my questions. However the lounge area was being remodeled. I took my car to Fremont Toyota for its first service and was very disappointed with the experience. When I picked it up, the car hadn’t been washed - inside or out - even though I had confirmed with Ramiro was very disappointed with the experience. When I picked it up, the car hadn’t been washed - inside or out - even though I had confirmed with Ramiro twice beforehand that it would be done. As the manager, Ramiro didn’t even check the car before handing it back, and when I asked about it, the only response was that they were “too busy.” Only after I insisted did they take the car back to get it cleaned. On top of that, the “Maintenance Required” alert wasn’t reset, leaving me to figure it out myself. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but in this case I couldn’t help sharing how frustrating the experience was. More

Always want sell services that not needed. When I did not agree , left the tire pressure sign on. Took it a mechanic and he said nothing we with the sensor. He fixed it.
