Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. I busted asked for the minimum but still the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. I busted asked for the minimum but still the service person kept some expensive items that were clearly not required. 1000$ for a regular service is what he started with and I had to keep questioning him about each item and price for each item and whether it was necessary which he kept insisting it was. Eventually the basic service still cost 340$! More

The rattling noise persists. Had a second appointment on September 18 to try to fix the issue but it remains an issue. Marie Castillo was fantastic. She showed me what had been done to my car & what my 100,000. Mile checkup would need.
