I test drove a 2013 Camaro with Rami in May. He was very friendly and professional and offered me an excellent price for that car. As they have the largest selection of Chevys of anyone I could find online, Phillips not only had EXACTLY the car I wanted ON THE LOT (which the competition - who are much closer to my home - did not) they handled 90% of my sale over the phone. When my wife and I got to the dealership Rami greeted us with all the paperwork, accurate and ready for us to sign. My car was even detailed and gassed up ready for me to drive home when we arrived! My wife and I had an hour and a half round trip back and fourth but, because Phillips was so organized, we even made my birthday dinner's reservation on time. I'm 43 years old and have purchased alot of cars and this was the single most hassle-free buying experience I've ever had. The first price Rami quoted me was so good that I didn't even try to haggle; and I love to do that! I would recommend Phillips and Rami for anyone that wants an excellent price, no hassle, professional experience. First class job, guys! More

He clearly answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, especially pertaining to the Chevrolet MyLink and Navigation system. He also clearly explained, line by line, the numbers and how they were derived in determining the purchase price of the vehicle. I also received an excellent appraisal on my trade in, a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a new or used Chevrolet that they visit Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfurt, Illinois and specifically ask for Rami Alamawi. We all know that buying a new car can really be a bad experience. Well, I used to think that way ... but not anymore! He took care of us right then and there, answering all our questions and even working a deal for us as we went home to get our trade in. He was determined to see us in that new camaro .. and strangely enough he was doing it for us as much as for himself and the dealership. Everyone we had to deal with were friendly and professional, and going that extra little bit to make us feel special (when really its all of them that are special). I now know how to take the sting out of buying a new car, his name is Rami (I will recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone that will listen). Now if I could only get rid of those dang sales taxes. My salesmen Rami was exceptional because my transaction wasn't the easiest to complete but he stuck in there with me as he promised and got the deal done. I went in under a time constraint on the initial meeting e 8/19/2013 I just purchased a 2013 Equinox this past weekend from Rami Alamawi at Phillips. I went in under a time constraint on the initial meeting earlier in the week, really just wanting to test drive and and get a price quote. Rami worked with my time frame, emailed me the price quote and gave me a better interest rate than my credit union. When I came in to purchase on Saturday, I told Rami I would be financing through my credit union as they had given me a lesser rate quote from my credit union. Rami said they may be able to beat that quote and they did, but quite a bit! I was thrilled to get better pricing because of the new interest rate. Rami also comped my first servicing (and set up the appointment) and showed me how to set up the bluetooth for my phone in the car, in addition to the other options in the car. Overall a really good experience with both Rami and Phillips. One of the reasons I went to Phillips was because of their good reputation - they lived up to what I have heard. More
