I was looking for a new 2013 Silverado ex/cab 4x4. I went to Dralle Chevy in Peotone and got a price. I then went to Phillips and met Rami in sales. He showed me his stock and they had an identical truck in to Dralle Chevy in Peotone and got a price. I then went to Phillips and met Rami in sales. He showed me his stock and they had an identical truck in MSRP, same options (window price) as the one at Dralle. He gave me a price that was $3000.00 less than Dralle! Let me add that was with no haggling or back and forth negotiations. Needless to say I was so happy I did not purchase from Dralle in Peotone the day before. I had almost lost $3000.00. Rami was straight forward and had all the answers. He filled the truck with gas and we finalized the deal in short time. I coulnt be more pleased. Buying a car is hard work. You need to visit multiple dealerships, get a ton of quotes and figure out the value of your trade in. I had visited 3 other dealerships before coming here. I had walked into Phillips with an offer from another Chevrolet dealership and I was determined to get rock bottom pricing. They didn't match the other offer immediately but I was firm that they had to beat the price I already had. Rather than let me walk away, they matched, then beat the offer I had by $100. They didn't try to nickel and dime me for the extra cost for the paint job I wanted either (a $600 'option'). In the end I would recommend this dealership. Their internet 'no negotiation' price is already very low, and if you're willing to sink a couple of days at a few other dealerships these guys will match and beat the price of other dealerships who tell you it's impossible for them to go any lower. More
