His “ no pressure” technique was great. He took the time to assess my particular needs and helped me choose the vehicle that worked best specifically for my needs. He walked me through each process of the choosing, and securing the exact one that suited me. He helped me make the best choice on whether to lease or purchase. Ralph made sure that when I drove my vehicle off the lot, I knew everything about it and that I was comfortable and happy with my choice. Everything that he said he would do, he delivered on. Aaron in IT made learning the newest technology as easy as it could be. Next step was Justin in finance. He explained everything clearly and concisely.
