We pride ourselves on being transparent after reviewing your concerns with the team, I understand that Terry was unaware and caught off guard on the online price change. We’re sorry if his immediate reaction seemed argumentative, I think it was more disbelief. We generally review price changes for vehicles, with the team on a daily basis so they are aware, but it did not happen with Terry on this day. Terry does not get paid off the profit of a vehicle so his work is easier when a price reduction happens. Rafael (our GM) shared with me that we absolutely rewrote the purchase agreement with the corrected price right away. Regarding the fuel, we do not have fuel services on the property and do not offer a full tank with used vehicles. We stay consistent on that with all used car purchases, not just yours. Again, we’re sorry you are unhappy, that is never our intention. ‘

Malachiwills1707. I've done the research about your situation and what I learned is you visited the dealership 6 times and on purchase day it was the 3rd time seeing this particular vehicle. I learned that each time you 'asked' for more money off and more for the trade. When it came time for delivery you complained about rock chips on the hood and again asked for more money off or to have the hood repainted. Rafael (our General Manager) gave you the option of taking the vehicle as is, as it was priced on it current condition or canceling the contract completely. You were not deceived. Our process is very transparent and not the typical dealership that hard closes customers. We're sorry you are unhappy but used vehicles will have blemishes and clearly you did know about these.
