I have never been so disappointed in a service department. They gave me estimate for repairs for 2800.00 then once I paid for that they said it needed another $4100.00 in repairs. When I got my ve department. They gave me estimate for repairs for 2800.00 then once I paid for that they said it needed another $4100.00 in repairs. When I got my vehicle back that night power steering busted and cost another 1500.00 they sd they did nothing to cause it but I know they did and I purchased car brand new at that Mercedes dealership. More

The front Desk clerk was amazing.
