Working with Rachel was a pleasure. She kept me informed of the progress being made with my vehicle while being serviced. I was told when my oil change maintenance was conducted that everything tested out fine. The car had difficulty starting and come to find out the battery was no good. I had to come back the next business d that everything tested out fine. The car had difficulty starting and come to find out the battery was no good. I had to come back the next business day to have a new battery installed. What other tests/services were not done when I was told they were done? More
