It was an absolute pleasure to work with Britt in choosing the appropriate vehicle for myself. He was patient with us and did not mind explaining or clarifying any questions we had. We came across a bump in the process of purchasing the suv because we needed to break our current lease with Honda and he was calm and understanding. He didn't get frustrated that we had just spent two hours with him and in the end we needed to go back to Honda. He followed up with us and walked us through the process of breaking our lease. And we then returned to Mercedes and made sure we continued our process with him. He is a true gem and gentleman. I truly wish many men this generation would take some lessons from him. He is pure class and kindness. I one hundred percent recommend anyone to run not walk to him for their next purchase from Mercedes. We toured five different high end vehicle brands and came across many salesmen. And only one our two were patient and knowledgeable. But Britt hit a home run. He blew them all out of the park. More

My husband and I just leased a Mercedes EV from RBM of Alpharetta. Our experience with the whole process was a pleasure. We are fortunate to have randomly chosen to work with Kyle Edson as our sales manag Alpharetta. Our experience with the whole process was a pleasure. We are fortunate to have randomly chosen to work with Kyle Edson as our sales manager. This experience was in complete contrast with what we had in 2021 with another dealership. Kyle is exceptionally good with not just selling cars but in his connections with people. Interaction with him for just a few minutes made us realize we are in excellent hands. He is an evolved soul and a good human being. He does not pressurize or use sales pitch like we typically encounter at dealerships. He takes the time to explain everything and tells you what to expect upfront, good or bad with each of the car choices. His attitude didn’t change even when we walked in and said we may not do any sale in the nearest future. RBM of Alpharetta is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. More

I gave John my specifications and he was able to find me a car that matched my requirements and I was able to get in and out of t find a car quickly. I recently purchased my 2024 EQE 350+ Mercedes from RBM of Alpharetta, and I have to say, it was a phenomenal car buying experience from start to finish. Big thanks to Kyle, my sales guy. As a woman nav of Alpharetta, and I have to say, it was a phenomenal car buying experience from start to finish. Big thanks to Kyle, my sales guy. As a woman navigating the car-buying process on my own, I walked in with some nerves, but Kyle immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly personable, patient, and most importantly genuine. He truly listened to all my wants and needs, and I never once felt pressured or like I was being “sold” to. Instead, it felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. He was honest, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. What made the experience even better was how smooth and convenient it all was. I was able to handle most of the deal over the phone. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go. I was in and out in about two hours, and that time flew by thanks to a great conversation with Rachel in finance. She was incredibly nice and thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail without rushing me. All around, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
