He was very helpful and took the time to go through all aspects of operating my new vehicle. I am 60 years old, this is my first experience in my life which I received such individual and personalized attention. Roman was very patient and detail in his orientation. He took the time to make sure I understood the new technology and will take some adjusting to using the peripheral and rear view cameras! She was very attentive consultant, went out of her way to be available when we were able to meet, responded in a timely manner, I could always reach her when I wanted to, and she answered questions thoroughly. We didn't feel pressure to "take the deal" or "decide right now" and didn't have that uncomfortable bargaining you sometimes get from high pressure sales people. She moved with us at our pace when we were ready to purchase. We felt the process of agreeing on a price, checking options, working with finance, finalizing the contract and picking up the vehicle all went very smoothly and was handled professionally. Cheryl in the business office working with us on the paperwork was great, too. She stayed late with us to get the paperwork finished even though we had been a little late getting there, and was quick, efficient and able to answer all of our questions. We've bought multiple cars (new and used) from several dealerships over the years, and this experience stands out as a particularly positive one. I will go back in the future, and would recommend this dealership to friends & family. More

After visiting a number of other dealers, we were so happy we ended up buying from Honda Cars of Bellevue. Our salesman Josh was ideal for us - not pushy, but pleasant and knowledgeable. He let us take our time, answered our questions, and never got in our way - but was always there with an answer or to offer assistance. In the finance department we worked with Cheryl - she was just like Josh, so helpful without being overbearing. The entire experience was simply the most enjoyable I've ever had buying a car! More
