This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Queenie in sales is a valuable asset to this dealership. Also, finance is always the least favorite part to me of any car buying experience but Eric was also extremely personable and friendly and made things go as smoothly and as fast as possible. I spent under 2 hours here and I walked away feeling very well taken care of. I did know what I wanted ahead of time but I never felt pressured into anything I didn’t truly want. I had visited over 5 dealerships that week and all of them tried to put me in something I didn’t really want. More

Worst experience LIED to by Queenie! BAIT AND SWITCH! I was told it was premium audio NOT-- Navigation system EXTRA 1,000 I have that on my phone!!!! NO GAP and was told service for 10 BAIT AND SWITCH! I was told it was premium audio NOT-- Navigation system EXTRA 1,000 I have that on my phone!!!! NO GAP and was told service for 10 years additional $3,000 for electrical coverage!! not service. I have the text and told her I want silver or white and I can add my own stereo! They put me in the GREY -harman/kardon is not here!!?!?!? I would have been happy with the original turbo even though it was black AND USED it had the STEREO and power. This is not even close HATE THIS CAR NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! They knew I was in a bind after totaling my vehicle. I was last customer!! LAST ever from me! QUEENIE TOLD ME THIS HAD THE PREMIUM STERO!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

If ever there was a dealership that put the xxxxxxx in car dealerships this one does it. They try to steal your trade in by asking $6k to 8000 above asking MSRP. Sales manager comes over to tell you your car dealerships this one does it. They try to steal your trade in by asking $6k to 8000 above asking MSRP. Sales manager comes over to tell you your car is crap and been in wrecks that didn't happen! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! More
