I found John Eagle Honda while searching for an Accord on the internet and placed a request to schedule a test drive. I was contacted by Preston Seaton who was very polite and accommodating. Though dealer ho the internet and placed a request to schedule a test drive. I was contacted by Preston Seaton who was very polite and accommodating. Though dealer hours were adjusted to close at 6pm, my fiancé and I were able to view & test drive the car right before closing. We were not rushed out of the lot and Preston made sure to answer any questions I had. I decided to buy the next day and Preston came in on his off day to make sure I was well taken care of. I feel like I received the car at a great price and my trade in was valued fairly. Tariq helped with financing and he was courteous and patient in answering our finance questions. To top it all off, not only was the car cleaned and filled with gas, Preston walked me through all of the capabilities again and went the extra mile to set my seating and preset the radio channels to top stations in the DFW area. After car shopping for multiple days, it was so refreshing to find a dealership that treated me as more than a sale. Preston is not only a great salesman, but a great person and I look forward to coming back for my next purchase. More

The presentation of the vehicles I was looking at was great - not too fast, not too slow as he stayed mindful I was on my lunch break. I later returned to purchase one of those Accords. The team at John Eagle worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. Wade and Preston make a good team! Once I got to financing, Dwain made it very comfortable and made sure we did end the car deal without knowing all of our options. He also gave us a history lesson about the dealership which put my wife and me at more ease knowing it has been around longer than any other Honda dealership in Texas.
