Philip (sales) - absolutely incredible salesman. Very responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. Philip is the reason there was even a positive position to the review. Rob (finance) was such a great person to work with, so quick and efficient. He went above and beyond and was the other half that made our experience anything positive. Things to note: ▪︎ We purchased a 2019 Tiguan. Paid for additional accessories (hood deflector and four window defectors). ▪︎ We live about 1.5 hours one way from the dealership and ONLY came specifically to them from recommendations of a close friend. Unfortunately, there was a series of negative impacts SPECIFICALLY with parts and service that made our experience so much shorter then amazing: • Upon purchase, we waiting 2 weeks before the vehicle was safetied and "cleaned', ready to go. I understand backup in the industry but both our sales associate and finance manager agreed the timeline was out of the normal (due to a staffing member being away) and in the end unacceptable. • Upon arriving for pickup, the one window deflector fell out as the window was opened pulling out to head home. • Approximately halfway home the tire pressure lights came up. Though inital frustration, it appeared that (after stopping to ensure the tires were all fine) in the system we had to find the tire pressure screen and "set" them after being asked to confirm pressure in each. That is fine, no issues since, knock on wood. • I should have looked over the interior thoroughly before leaving the dealership, my reasoning was not was that it was a late pickup (before closing) and with a horrible work schedule I needed to get home for bed etc. First thing in the morning (Thursday), I did a look over before work and immediately seen an OBSCENE amount of literal garbage- including false finger nails, clothing tags, straw wrappers etc in all four doors. The one rear door appeared to have dried candy or something in the door, the back row once moved had wrapper garbage too even. The "detailing" that was guaranteed (let's be clear it's also paid for in an admin fee!) was not even touched. I immediately sent photos and my absolutely frustration to Philip explaining that hardship. • Only 2/4 window deflector were installed when we arrived to pickup. Apparently the other two were overlooked and would be in "in a few days" where we had to return to have them installed. Lovely. Philip was so quick to contact me and express his shared sorrow for the situation. He had me schedule a day and time to return the vehicle where the service department would 1) clean the interior and 2) install/fix the window deflectors that were missing and fell out. My 1.5 hour one-way drive to London. My fuel in not only the vehicle to return BUT also a second vehicle to ensure we had something to do while they had the Tiguan.... all at my cost and my time... and yet I still walked away without a smile today. Upon return to pickup again- we noticed the one window reflector that was in when we dropped it off was out, but now none of the other three were installed. The parts or sales manager (sorry I can't recall who) had mentioned those specific window deflectors were not the best so instead they took the one that was left on out and wrote me a cheque for the refund of them: $140. Fine. That basically filled both vehicles back up from the wasted day! Yay. - myself, husband and Philip then proceeded to look over the interior and GUESS WHAT?! Every area that I specifically sent photos of and showed in person that was still filthy with garbage... was still there. Walking around and pointing out "that's still there and that's still there" made me so absolutely miserable. He walked away with a handful of garbage. I walked away googling an interior detailer. I tried too many times for a change of heart. More

Philip, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He and his manager got us all to a clear and fair price. (I did not need financing) My last car was a 2012 Golf and moving to a 2020 meant learning about a lot of "bells and whistles" on a much newer car - Philip was knowledgeable and patient. Additionally, I live about 90 minutes away from London and Philip and Dalmar did everything possible to make the test-drive and delivery scheduling work for me. I am very happy with my new purchase and would definitely recommend Dalmar and Philip. More
