Service advisors don't to listen to the customer and there is an attitude that seem to suggest that they know everything and that the customer is stupid. Even though I informed them of previous issues there is an attitude that seem to suggest that they know everything and that the customer is stupid. Even though I informed them of previous issues (specifically alignment), they ignored it completely and after tire rotation, the some old drag towards the right while driving has appeared.
