Great service and went the extra mile. Had a great experience with Gorruds. I purchased my vehicle and went to tow it home as it was sold unfit to drive. I went to load it onto the trailer Had a great experience with Gorruds. I purchased my vehicle and went to tow it home as it was sold unfit to drive. I went to load it onto the trailer and the step bars on the side of the truck would hit on the trailer not allowing me to load it. It was the end of the mechanics shift on a Friday afternoon, and he unlocked the shop for me to put my truck on the lift to remove the bars. After that, I put the truck on the trailer as the mechanic locked up and proceeded to get ready to go home. Now the ramps on the trailer wouldn't go up due to the length of the truck. He walked out and saw this and once again he unlocked the shop and helped me remove the ramps so I could get home to Niagara. Diana, my Gorruds rep, assisted throughout the whole process. They really went the extra mile for me, on a vehicle that was very cheap and as is. All of this on a Friday afternoon when they should have been closed and at home. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the manager seemed annoyed that Diana and the mechanic were doing this for me. But if they didn't I would have had to go home to Niagara Falls and make modifications to the trailer and I would have had to pick up the truck another day. Thanks for the great vehicle! I was recommended by a friend to see what Gorrud's had to offer. I will have to say dealing with Ziggy for the test drives and Peter and Moiz for fina I was recommended by a friend to see what Gorrud's had to offer. I will have to say dealing with Ziggy for the test drives and Peter and Moiz for financing, the process was as smooth as can be. The vehicle was as clean as a used vehicle can get and I couldn't ask for better. During the first few weeks, I had found an issue with the Sedona. The next day I was asked to bring it in. The following day, presto! All better! I rated PRICE a four star for the simple fact I was unaware of all the add-on items that could be added to the vehicle price. Regardless of that, in the end, I agreed and I have a vehicle I am proud of. Thanks again to the Sales and Service team for this experience! More

Love this car! I had been looking for a renegade for awhile and found this one online, although it was a few hours from home I needed to go and see it. Berke made hi I had been looking for a renegade for awhile and found this one online, although it was a few hours from home I needed to go and see it. Berke made himself available on his day off because it fit into my schedule for getting there. When him and I spoke I told him I had my heart set on this car and really wanted it. Berke put me in contact with Peter, the finance manager. I knew it was going to be tricky to get financing because of some issues years back. Peter worked his magic and was able to get me bank financing at a payment that I could easily afford. He was friendly, kind, funny and really knew his stuff. He knew I had my heart set on this car and he made it work, thank you so much! The only disappointment was that a week after I picked up t he car the "needs oil change" came on. I would have thought that was something that would be looked after then. However they do give you your first oil change free but for those of us 2plus hours away that doesn't make any sense to drive back to Milton. Thank you again, I love my Renegade Trailhawk and I will be back when it is time to get a new one! More
