Unexpected Purchase I drove two hours to check out an online promotion at the Elk Grove dealership. I went in to look at cars and the specials the dealership is offerin I drove two hours to check out an online promotion at the Elk Grove dealership. I went in to look at cars and the specials the dealership is offering. As soon as I got out of the car I drove in, my fiancée and I were greeted with a friendly smile and an exited “good morning”. Peter approached us to welcome my fiancée and I to the dealership. Peter is a great person who cares about his customers. He asked and listens to the needs of the interested person. He understands the lineup and does a very good job explaining it to the customer. He is patient and is willing to put in the effort to bring the wants of the customer to management. I can honestly say he made the buying experience very smooth. Something we didn’t expect was an offer to buy us Starbucks while we waited. That is not typical, it’s not something I have ever experienced. As I mentioned he cares for his customers. Thank you Peter. I definitely recommend the dealership and more-so Peter as a person to work with. More
