My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a luxury SUV, and I had very little knowledge of the Volvo brand prior to our visit. He was very informative and simply allowed us to learn everything he could teach us about the vehicle, without applying any pressure as a salesperson. After we left that afternoon, we visited the nearby BMW dealership in order to compare and make a decision. After visiting with BMW, we quickly learned that our experience with Peter and our enjoyment test driving the XC90, were second to none. When we came back, Peter worked very hard to match us with the perfect vehicle: my wife had a specific exterior and interior in mind that wasn't in stock but Peter made it happen. He stayed in communication with us throughout the delivery process and when we came back to finalize the purchase, he greeted us and treated us with the same enthusiasm for meeting our every need as he did during our initial visit. We definitely recommend Peter, as well as the Volvo Silver Spring dealership, to anyone looking to be properly spoiled by their luxury car-buying experience. More

I especially appreciate his and the staff's patience: as a foreigner buying my first car ever, I sure had many (probably very basic) questions on the way. Even though the dealership was very busy the day I purchased my car, the team took their time to explain everything - and made sure they are respectful of my time, too, by offering drinks and snacks and outdoor seating options while I was waiting.
