Worth the Drive I tried for months to deal with Ford dealerships closer to me. After searching online, I found that Athens Ford (2+ hours away) had the car I wanted f I tried for months to deal with Ford dealerships closer to me. After searching online, I found that Athens Ford (2+ hours away) had the car I wanted for my son. I worked with Reggie by phone and then made the trip to Athens on a Saturday. Reggie called the night before to let me know that something had come up and he wouldn't be there and for me to ask for Peter. When I arrived, Peter had been brought up to speed by Reggie, the car was ready - detailed and filled with gas. My son test drove the car. We worked out the trade. Peter took the time to go over every option on the car with my son showing him how things worked, setting up the app, linking his phone, etc. The whole process took less than 3 hours. Both guys were great. I would definitely recommend them. More

Broken promise Last fall I bought a new f-150 from Athens Ford. It came with a new spray in bed liner of which I'm sure I paid for. After I got home I noticed they had left off the brackets inside the bed which hold the tie downs and other devices that lock into these brackets. I called my salesman Peter Natalie and explained what happened . He promised he would check on it and call me back. So after hearing nothing from him , after several weeks I called him back. I got another promise and again no call. After 2 months I called for a manager and got someone who told me he was a assistant sales mananger. He seemed very concerned and promised he would get to the bottom of the matter. Still after 2 more months no call. I used the vin at another dealer to make sure the truck was supposed to have them and yes they were supposed to be there. The truck had the devices behind the seat that lock into these brackets but no brackets. I would never buy from them again. is More
