There’s little to no transparency when it comes to price, they stack fees upon fees, and dealers often just about force you into financing just so they can hide all of the above into an ‘affordable’ monthly payment that benefits no one but the finance manager. BUT NOT AT CITY WORLD HYNDAI! I walked in the door to see a car that found online with low mileage and an attractive price tag, was greeted by Diana seconds later who ended up assisting me on the transaction, and literally drove out with the car, detailed, registered, and plated, in a little under two hours. For anyone who’s ever gone to a dealership before, this is almost unheard of! There was NO xx, no dealer fees, no forceful financing tactics, no gimmicks, no games—nothing. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it done, and in the timeframe I needed it done by, and she delivered. She was on point, polite, quick, efficient, and knew the process inside and out - 5 stars - I’d add more if I was able! If you’re looking for a seamless, enjoyable car buying experience, I strongly suggest that you go see Diana at City World Hyundai on Boston Road.
