I bought a CRV HONDA it's all good there,but apparently someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it would be taken care of. Now several months later It is happening again,supposedly I own a car from Huffins with a PAPER TAG that expires in September! And NTTA is charging me 268 dollars year to date and is adding up! I would like to have someone investigate which Employee maybe be TAGGING MY INFORMATION TO OTHER VEHICLES! Now I will need to provide proof that I only own the Honda CRV! Has this happened to anyone else?! More

Pete was very helpful and great to work with. He was great in letting me have ample time to test drive the truck as well as allowing me to take it to my mechanic for an inspection prior to purch He was great in letting me have ample time to test drive the truck as well as allowing me to take it to my mechanic for an inspection prior to purchase. I wish all dealerships were more like Dallas Lease Returns in allowing you to really spend time with the vehicle before purchase without all of the normal sales pressure and dealership tactics. This approach is what helped sell me on the vehicle and make a informed decision that I was comfortable with. My only negative was that I found out at purchase time (near end of day) that I was limited to only $5k for a personal check as I wasn't financing the vehicle. This resulted in rolling the finalization of the sales process to the next day when I was able to set up a wire transfer. I just wish I had known about the check limit prior to that in order to be better prepared, as I have used personal checks in excess of $5k at other dealerships. But all in all, a positive experience and would definitely work with Pete and the team again in the future. More
