Pedro was able to show me exactly the vehicles that I was interested in when I arrived at the dealership. He had a broad knowledge of the features available and was able to help me to compare and contrast th interested in when I arrived at the dealership. We initially looked at a car at Ferguson but left to another dealership to look at another car when we realized that we wanted the car at Ferguson. I found a used car I was looking for online and called the dealership. Pedro Neris took it from there. He gave me the information I requested, sent a video tour of the car just for me.
