I bought a car on 10/1/2023. After that on 10/4/2023 I got communication from the bank Kia Finance America containing all loan information. Seller at dealership promised to give me the second key later, but I haven't received. I have emailed Mr. Ahumada, but not answer. I paid off the car loan, but after a 1.5 months I haven't been able to print my tittle because they have not sent the tittle papers. I have emailed financing manager Anas Lazaar but not written answer from him. They don't want to communicate back anything in written to me. On 10/4/2023 (after communication from bank) I got two calls from seller (Paula Chavez) and her manager (Christian Perez). They lied saying that I should go there in the person again because a had no loan (that wasn't true). I asked a written communication and they said they will not send me any (I think that's how scams work). First the seller mentioned I had to go there for a maintenance, then her manager called me and threatened that he will remove the registration from the car if I don't go there the same day. I didn't accept the pressure form them because I had proof they were not being clear and were lying. So, more than a month later they keep blocking me to have my car title. I remember that after I signed the contract they treated me like an enemy. I'm writing this feedback because the previous one was removed. I should not be happening. It only helps dealership to continue abusing of customers. More
