Arrived at the dealership today with my wife to purchase her a car. Expected a very long and laborious process...as usual. To our surprise, that was not the case. We had an exceptional experience with no wasted time. Our sales agent listened to our request (two different models) and gave my wife a test drive in each. See picked one. The agent issued a written quote. We agreed. From arrival to leaving with her new car was a period of 2.5 hours. Great dealership, great sales staff, great finance staff. I made a point to stop by the general sales manager and the sales manager to compliment our sales agent's professionalism and courtesy. Fantastic transaction. More
