Paul T. is the most honest, straightforward Service Advisor Best Mitsubishi Service Center in LA! Unfortunately, there's not many Mitsubishi dealers in the LA that's conveniently located to me. So I went to all Best Mitsubishi Service Center in LA! Unfortunately, there's not many Mitsubishi dealers in the LA that's conveniently located to me. So I went to all of the ones within an hour's drive and only found Universal, specifically Paul, willing to hear me out and actual replace under warranty a random issue with the parking assist sensor that none of the others could find. I usually make an appointment so I am out of here in a very reasonable amount of time, with no up-sell pressure to get unnecessary services. More
