I took my car in for a routine service and was blown away by the service I received. Both men who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to the free service they gave me a free wash and charg by the service I received. Both men who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment online and within 30 minutes I get a call from Paul to follow up about the appointment. One the day of my appointment I was unfortunately unable to make the original time but Paul get a call from Paul to follow up about the appointment. One the day of my appointment I was unfortunately unable to make the original time but Paul was very understanding and was able to accommodate and reschedule the appointment later on. He is one of the main reasons I’m so comfortable coming in to the dealership. I’ve had my car for nearly 6 years and he’s taken care of my since my very first oil change. My car has always run perfectly (thankfully) and I’m sure it’s because of all the fine people that work there. I’m never there for too long and if I am, Paul constantly walks into the lobby to give an update of when my car would be ready. Always offers to give my car a wash as well. Thank you Paul for everything you’ve done since Day One. More
