I had a good experience when I had an oil change performed. The service manager was Paul Singh. Then about 2 months ago I had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. The service manager was Edward Salwan was less than satisfactory. After the battery was replaced, and there were extra charges that I had not expected, I asked about the cost of a B service on my vehicle which would be due in a few months. He told me the cost would be about $1300. I think that this was incorrect. Other dealerships in the area indicated it would vary between $550 and $750. I subsequently received a response advising me that the cost at Morristown was $900. seems that I should have gotten a correct answer from the service advisor. More
