Cars are really expensive, and its true its best not to trade in a car if you can sell it to a private person. Price on ad was 28,355. market adjustment once you called in added 2500. agreed on price and then it was 33,524.00 . Fair, responsive, respectful. They did everything they said they would. I did the entire transaction from outside the state of NY and still received excellent customer service. Flew to NY when my car was ready and completed the transaction in person quickly so I could get on my way. Paul and Lisa were very professional and I highly recommend this dealership. More
