Our Saleslady, Alisha Chappell made sure from the start of the transaction to the end of the transaction that we received excellent customer service. She knew our vehicle inside and out, especially the safety features which are important to our family. Alisha took the time to make sure everything about our vehicle was perfect and has followed up numerous times to ensure our happiness with our vehicle. (That has never happened in any of our vehicle transactions, she makes you feel like a person, not a dollar sign) This was also our second vehicle that we have bought from the dealership and the price we have paid both times was substantially lower then what we were offered from major dealerships in Grande Prairie, Edmonton & surrounding areas. The only concern we had with the whole process was when dealing with the financing department we were not offered the best rate available to us and it took us asking Paul to look at other banks. In the end asking that one question saved us a few percent on our interest rate. More
