He as very knowledgeable with all my questions on different models and looked hard to find a truck I wanted and would not have to settle for. He made sure that I got into the truck I wanted and traded the truck I had for a price that worked. His personality did not come off strong or pushy which always makes the process of buying a vehicle easier. When Mike let Paul take over for my financing I was happy to say that it was a speedy process. Paul took the time to explain to me what was included and made sure I understood the questions I asked at the time. Both Mike and Paul made my truck buying experience painless and took pride in the work they did.
