The manager was super pushy with extended warrenty when I didnt want any. Even after I had said no multipe times, he was still trying to get me to take it. He told me that my loan needed insurance on it to be approved. I chose the cheapest one avaliable. I learned later when getting insurance put on the truck that the loan protection insurance is not required. But the finance manager said it was a requirement. The finance manager lied to me to make the sale. More

Buying my new 2016 Ram 3500 My salesman Mike and Brent went out of their way to get me into my new 2016 ram 3500 as soon as possible when it came in from a dealer transfer. They My salesman Mike and Brent went out of their way to get me into my new 2016 ram 3500 as soon as possible when it came in from a dealer transfer. They got it into the shop right away and put mud flaps on it before closing time and had me driving it that same day it got here so I had wheels for the long weekend. Took it back to them the Monday after the weekend and the staff in the back did a great job cleaning the inside and outside. I was going to take my fuel tank out of the old truck to put into my new one but they had done that for me. Paul got me the best deal and rate on the new truck. I left there a very happy person with my new Ram 3500 truck. More
