He was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to listen to what we wanted. He was a joy to work with and made the entire process surprisingly enjoyable! He was honest and kind. Would highly highly recommend working with him!! We worked with Paul in finance and he was also great. He was pleasant and upbeat and brought a very approachable vibe to the table. I appreciated hearing about his kids and seeing his human side and not just business and numbers. Finally, we briefly encountered Will the next day when we picked up our new truck. He was a great person to cross paths with too! He was a very joyful person to finish our final tasks with. He was able to answer questions and help walk us through the final steps. Overall that dealership has a very good vibe and we would definitely deal there again. More
