Fantastic experience! I visited another dealership first to inquire about trading in my truck for a SUV. I was treated horrible. I was talked down too, and I was given a v I visited another dealership first to inquire about trading in my truck for a SUV. I was treated horrible. I was talked down too, and I was given a very low ball offer. I was told there was only 1 SUV in their entire stock that I could afford (without increasing my payments by $100 biweekly) and they tried to bully me into buying the vehicle that was a big downgrade from my truck and that I did not want. I then went to Dodge and talked to Dale. I explained the situation and he was 100% honest with me about what my options were. He spoke to Will and together they offered me several different options. These options were drastically better then the only option offered at the other dealer. Both Dale and Will were 100% honest with me, they even told me what they would sell my truck for if I traded it in. Needless to say I left with a “new to me” SUV and my payments did not increase. My old truck is now listed for sale and guess what- it is the exact price they told me it would be listed for. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership and they have gained a lifelong customer with me. More
