We built a 2023 Escalade in Radiant Red w/ Onyx Package. We live in WA state, called Coulter with Pete Worth being the salesman we’ve been wanting for years to work with. However the vehicle was delivered and the GM there made things right because of the issues. They would be five stars had those things not occurred. More

Today was my 4th Coulter Cadillac purchase, My 3rd from Coulter on Camelback. I truly cannot imagine buying a car from anywhere else. I always feel I got a great deal, the process is not like any other dea Coulter on Camelback. I truly cannot imagine buying a car from anywhere else. I always feel I got a great deal, the process is not like any other dealers. They are respectful and not pushy. They don’t pounce on you the minute you get out of the car. Their process is always seamless without a hitch. The price they tell you is ultimately the price on your bottom line. Not a bunch of extras and stuff you didn’t ask for. I am so happy again with my new Cadillac, they also have other lots besides Cadillac and I’m sure they are all run the same. In this day and age it’s really nice to have a great experience buying a car… Thank you to Coulter and every employee that helped us with our purchase. More

Also, during the time it took from ordering the car to when it was delivered, Bill was communicative throughout. He also delivered the car in a way that fit my previously stated desire relating to the time I had available to take delivery. Can't say enough good things about this dealership and its people. More
