Parts were overpriced compared to other dealers and the parts person was not on top of the order and was not accommodating. He took advantage of the fact that the vehicle had been towed there. Recently Purchased a Ferrari Portofino M, brought the car in for it's first service and worked with Paul Frey as my service advisor, Paul and the service team took care of my Warranty Needs and Services all in for it's first service and worked with Paul Frey as my service advisor, Paul and the service team took care of my Warranty Needs and Services all while I had the pleasure of looking at their amazing showroom and Customer areas. The service I received at Boardwalk was fantastic and Paul took great care of me and my car. Even recommended a local restaurant for my friend and I to eat at while they were servicing my vehicle. I rate their service and dealership as a 10/10. They provide the kind of experience a Ferrari Owner should have when working with their dealership. More
