Never buying a car again from these guys. I clearly remember they offered me 5 years oil change at the time picking up the car. But now they're saying offer was never made. Well it was there managers as well getting the deal done. I didnt know that otherwise I would've left car there and save thousands of dollars. More

I have now had two major repairs done at Erin Dodge and both times my vehicle is returned 'less clean' than it was when I took it in for service, Erin Dodge tells me they do not clean the customer's vehic both times my vehicle is returned 'less clean' than it was when I took it in for service, Erin Dodge tells me they do not clean the customer's vehicle after service because they only have one detailer who is too busy. I understand there are cost restraints but to return a vehicle to a customer that has grease marks are smudges isn't acceptable. At least clean what your technician has made dirty. Speaking to management doesn't get you anywhere. So ... moving forward, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere where I feel my business is appreciated. By the way, both repairs were not minor. More
