The experience was great. We had honest and transparent dialog over both the value of the car we were buying as well as the car we were trading. The process was very smooth. I went to many dealerships in the last 2 weeks and had the best experience with Patrick. That is including my local 2 dealers that I normally purchase from. Customer service was better than I was expecting; they didn't want to be my best friend, but were interested enough in what I had to say to help me find the right car for me. Patrick in particular spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the models he showed me. Once I found the right car for me, he worked hard and crunched the numbers until it was what I wanted to pay; they gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Price was good. It wasn't the deal of the century, but I'd have been wary if it was "too good to be true." It's a traditional used-car setup. Prices feel just a little inflated, so they can offer you a "great deal" to get you out the door. They seemed flexible and willing to work with me on sale-price and trade-in value. I feel like I paid the right price for the car I bought. Overall, I would recommend checking out Schoepp Motors. They have a great selection of high-quality vehicles and the atmosphere and staff to make buying a car more comfortable. More
