One month after purchase, we are very happy with the vehicle after putting many miles on it. We've already driven it to Chicago and Northern Wisconsin, and feel it will be a very good vehicle for us. I have never had anyone work as hard at making sure I was happy from start to finish. I had calls from Patrick offering to meet with me at my convenience. They offered so many options and listened when I had concerns or questions. Then explained until I was satisfied. They both stayed late putting me first. Both had a great sense of humor when I needed it as I was a bit apprehensive. I had not had such a good experience a few years ago when I had purchased a vehicle from someone else. In fact it was the worst experience in all my years of dealing with sales. They truelly changed my concept of car dealers. There really are people that care about the customer, and will go the extra mile. Their names are Tom Delmore and Patrick Rogala. Thanks guys for all you do :) More

I started out by email Patrick Rogalla about a Ford Fusion. I test drove the Fusion but didn't fall in love with it. Later that same night I drove back and showed my wife some of the cars and we laid e Fusion. I test drove the Fusion but didn't fall in love with it. I decided it would be best to email Patrick back and tell him about my interest in this vehicle. He responded that same night and we made an appointment to meet the next morning. The next morning we took the Camry for the test drive and fell in love. Patrick gave me a generous trade in offer and I drove away happy with the new car. Donna helped me get everything registered and good to go for the road. She was very detail oriented and showed that she enjoys her job.
