Moved from the beach of Wilmington at the end of 2016. Graduated from UNC Chapel Hill but had lived in Wilmington for the most part of my life. Decided it was time for a change and now i live in Buford/ATL. Love the people and the area. Couldn't think of a better place to live. or work. This is my second Tesla I have bought from this dealership within a few weeks. They went above and beyond with my first deal that I had to come and get a second one from them. Matt is so awesome he dealership within a few weeks. They went above and beyond with my first deal that I had to come and get a second one from them. Matt is so awesome he answered all of my questions and concerns. Managers and staff were very friendly, they even stayed late to deliver my 2nd Tesla. I will not buy from another dealership again. Everyone that works at this location is top shelf. I can’t tell you how many other dealerships could benefit from watching how the staff here treats, the customer with respect and knowledge. John’s qu I can’t tell you how many other dealerships could benefit from watching how the staff here treats, the customer with respect and knowledge. John’s quick reply to my initial response, Jesse’s ability to answer about 1 billion questions with a genuine smile on his face, and Patrick’s quick response in helping me get my windshield fixed, all contributed to a fantastic car buying experience. I going the extra mile, they have completely earn my trust, and I will not get my car serviced anywhere else. For me, that means making a 4 hour drive from South Carolina to do so, but great customer service is a must in my book and it is worth the drive to make sure that I have security. Thank you guys for making this a marvelous experience for me. My hats off to you! More
