I bought a 2021 Ford Escape SEL AWD from Front Royal Ford by using Capital One auto navigator online and it was the easiest new car transaction I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership provided excellent by using Capital One auto navigator online and it was the easiest new car transaction I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership provided excellent service and I was able to have the vehicle delivered to me at my home in North Carolina, which was super convenient, especially since they accepted my trade in vehicle and picked it up when they were delivering my new vehicle. Bought a 2019 F150 that was practically brand new. The dealership itself has improved My experience with the sales person Amber after the sale was horrible. Follow up was not good. I was expecting various parts (antenna & tow hooks) from service and had to call the dealership myself to find out if the parts arrived. Also i specifically requested transfer of license plates from the vehicle I was trading in and that transaction was fouled up. I had to go to the dealership to rectify the issue only to find that the sales person had received the license plates but never notified me. More
