I am loving my new car I was very pleased with my experience today. Parker has the patience of a saint... being it was the holiday today it was hard to get in touch with ou I was very pleased with my experience today. Parker has the patience of a saint... being it was the holiday today it was hard to get in touch with our insurance company. Parker stayed on the phone and didn’t give up for over an hour. Paola was great going over all of the bells and whistles and making sure we were comfortable when we left. The best part was we left with the car. Overall experience was wonderful More

Parker is new to the auto industry and was very open about this when we first met him, during our initial visit to the dealer. But he was very friendly and very customer focused. Any question we asked that he did not readily know the answer to, he did his research and got back to us in a timely manner. Parker was a large reason why we decided to lease with Premier. Between the first visit and the time we signed a little over a month later, his knowledge in the vehicle details grew greatly and through that time he remained highly accessible and committed to our satisfaction. More
