Finance alone only took 20 minutes, and that included my trade-in. No gimmicks, no games. I unfortunately don't remember the finance person's name. More

He was patient with questions, explained features thoroughly, and had a very pleasant demeanor. the car I test drove was the one I decided to purchase. He got me through the information needed, online "paper work" and handed me off to Ryan Sitter (Finance Manager). The encounter continued to be amazing. Straightforward explanations. Patience with questions. Options and rationale explained well. I was dreading having to go through the purchasing process and was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. More

Tom Steinbraker made sure we were comfortable and kept the coffee and water coming. Ryan Sitter got us through the financing portion of the deal in no time. After the purchase Paolo went over all the technology and features in our Traverse. He gave us his card and said to call him with any questions we had after we left the lot. Overall this was definitely the best overall vehicle purchasing experience my wife and I ever had. More
