My sales person was fantastic! However, once I was handed over to the logistics team of paperwork, etc. the lack of customer service and attention to detail was noticeable. I have reached out several times and left voicemails and emails and have never received a response back from the appropriate department. I feel as though I am always chasing answers and having to track things down one month after the sale. This is my third Bmw and the experience is not up to par with the other Bmw dealerships I have dealt with. Unless there is a specific car that they have in inventory I would shop another BMW dealership instead. More

Eventually after a lot of back and forth, I know I got the best deal possible. They took my car max trade in offer. Then added more to compensate for the price of the car in the back end.
