Zach is at it again he quoted me a lease price I agreed and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my fault for not stopping the deal right there I had already signed, it's hard to see under the glass and the closer has you sign so much so fast you can't read it all. Dealer would not renegotiate the price. So beware. More

Purchased a 2022 Honda CR V and very happy with the process. We had Jason as a salesman, and he was very helpful, familiar with vehicles and let us shop at our own pace, (slow)LOL. None of us like going to the finance dept but even that was pleasant. The only negative I can say was they were shorthanded that day in finance, so we had a longer wait than usual. I previously purchased from a dealer in Leesburg but had a few bad experiences there. so far very happy with Honda of Ocola. More

My old car was breaking down and they helped me leave that day with a new one! All the sales staff were great not only were they attentive to me but to my two kids.Harry my sale rep kept them occupied wh that day with a new one! I would definitely come back when my oldest is of age and get another car from them. Ovi from financing helped me secure a deal with gap and extra warranty etc. on a good deal!
