Osman was professional, a good listener, and an effective sales rep for BMW of Sarasota BMW of Sarasota was a good dealer, but had a system which is not effective: -The BMW 530i was shown on the websit sales rep for BMW of Sarasota BMW of Sarasota was a good dealer, but had a system which is not effective: -The BMW 530i was shown on the website with a metallic blue color. The actual color of the car was dark metallic grey. I wanted the blue car but had to settle for another color. - I gave a lot of feedback on your website, including questions about previous owner(s), accident(s); as well as details of my Mercedes SL 500 that I was selling in exchange.
