Osman was extremely professional, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, heard, and understood. He took care in creating an environment that was low pressure for us to make our decision. The next day follow-up call was a clear indication of a seasoned professional and I’d certainly consider working with him for my future vehicle purchases. Luciano was assisting Osman and was very informative, personable, and professional. He rode with my wife and I during our test drives and was able to help us understand a little more about each vehicle and was quite attentive. Overall the experience was much more pleasant than any car buying experience I’ve had in the past. 10/10 More
