Been coming to this Lexus for years and you all continue to surprise and impress me every single time. So grateful for everyone who assisted me on Saturday but Osiris from the better part of the year has go to surprise and impress me every single time. She’s listened to me and has acknowledged my concerns and has delivered every single time and this weekend wasn’t any different. More

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. It took FIVE DAYS for me to get my car back just to have the car services and a tire replaces. FIVE DAYS! The management team, except for Robert and Mr Camaro sho DAYS for me to get my car back just to have the car services and a tire replaces. FIVE DAYS! The management team, except for Robert and Mr Camaro should be retrained. It was exhausting to make a hundred prince calls and leaving messages that no one would return. The best people you got there are the ladies on the phone on Service: Amy is a super ⭐️ a Ingrid and Tiffany are the real MVP there. I was about to contact an attorney to get the vehicle back. It practically got hijacked. Awful experience. I got my first car there, then the Lease, but never again. The “service advisor” I was assigned has zero care for the customers. Sad. Awful experience. I’m sad to know Mr Gustavo is no longer with the Company. Big loss. More

Espera demasiada larga por servicio.Hicimos cita para Espera demasiada larga por servicio. Hicimos cita para el día martes a las 2 de la tarde para realizar el primer servicio de la 5000 millas. Llegam Espera demasiada larga por servicio. Hicimos cita para el día martes a las 2 de la tarde para realizar el primer servicio de la 5000 millas. Llegamos a buena hora, nos recibieron el carro, nos explicaron que en este primer servicio era solo un chequeo general y lavado y firmamos los papeles correspondientes al servicio. Nunca nos dijeron el tiempo que tardaba el servicio así que decidimos esperar tomando en cuenta que al utilizar otras marcas de vehículos los servicios cuando son completos a lo sumo tardan 45 minutos. Eran las 4:30 pm y nos decían que el carro estaba en fila para el lavado, luego de tanto insistir en que era una locura cómo manejan el tema servicio y vacío de información nos entregaron el carro pero para nuestra sorpresa sin lavar, solo le echaron la espuma a los cauchos ora disimular pero al resto del carro ni agua. Me parece un completo abuso el servicio que ofrece una marca como LEXUS. Estoy completamente en desacuerdo por la forma cómo manejan el tema servicio de un carro, los tiempos de espera y la falta de información. Si así fue el primer servicio que era un servicio de chequeo no me quiero imaginar cómo será un servicio que implique cambio de aceite y filtros. Se supone que está marca es premium y por ende yo espero un servicio premium, inclusive yo estaba pensando en quedarme con la camioneta y comprarla pero como ahora pensando en el futuro del Servicio a recibir!! More

We went to take our 06 GX for some repairs and fell in love the 2020, needless to say, our experience with the service department was incredible. Osiris and Melissa did a spectacular job with assisting in love the 2020, needless to say, our experience with the service department was incredible. Osiris and Melissa did a spectacular job with assisting in getting the repairs done in a timely manner. Given our experience with our service we looked over the new vehicles lot. Our product specialist, Richard Monivis was phenomenal. Very well informed of the product we were purchasing and very patient. No hard time whatsoever. And when it came down to finance, Reinaldo did a spectacular job as well. All smooth sailing throughout the entire experience. Would recommend him and Lexus of Pembroke Pines to anyone. More

The last service appointment was not very good. A mistake occurred regarding the recall which caused havoc. It took weeks to get decent service. I got nothing other than the run around for most of the time. First of all, I had my 15,000 mile maintenance scheduled. I was going to wait for my vehicle until I was told by Jeremy that the recall had to be fixed now. I was given a loaner car. When I got home, I was told they didn’t have the part and to return the car the next day. I returned the car the next day and requested that I get priority when the part comes in. The person at the service area agreed. When the part came in, they called me for the service. I asked for pickup service. I was told there was a three week wait. Then the service manager called me, after I requested to speak with a manager for the third time since I originally brought the car in. Osiris agreed to give me pick up service the next day. The service never came. When I called the next day, I was told that I was scheduled for service, but not pickup service. Osiris then rescheduled me for the next day. Finally, Bernie picked up my car and returned it when the recall item was done. Bernie gets five stars from me. He did a perfect job. During the process, I also spoke with Dayron. The day I leased the car, Dayton and I were talking. Dayron did the finance paperwork on February 22, 2019. He asked me if I wanted to buy the maintenance contract? I said it takes too long to get pickup service. He told me that if that happens with this car, give him a call and that will be remedied in a minute, as he will get me pick up service immediately. I then bought the service contract based on his statement. So I took him up on it last month. He called me back and said he couldn’t help me. In my book, that’s called lying. I have purchased two new vehicles from your dealership going back to 2004 when you were on 441 near county line road. I am also leasing a third one. I have spent $100,000 at your dealership. Should I be treated like this? I’m one of your better customers. The only way your service contract is worth it is if I get great customer service. Great customer service has happened during all but two times. The first time, I received a phone call from someone high up to talk out what happened and see what we can do to make things better. This time, I have received nothing. No effort on your part and I have called three times to speak with a manager. My lease runs out in two years. If you are going to ignore me, my decision on what to do is easy. I’ll ask again for a fourth time: I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TO TALK ABOUT HOW TO FIX THIS. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK? The first time this happened, the manager offered me a complimentary detailing. I said thank you for the offer, but that’s not necessary. I am not out to get something for nothing. I am also not out to get treated like a piece of crap while paying thousands of dollars for that to happen. Please, let’s talk about this. More
