enough. If they don't, they get the service manager to explain it. Recently I was not happy with my front brake service. Right away after that servic

Right away after that service I had severe brake noise and was told that it was the rear brakes. It may have been, but when I took it back for the rear brakes, I was told I needed new front roters on the brake job that was only 6 weeks old! They said the roters were rusty and now were making noise. I felt they should have noticed that and advised me of this issue when I had those brakes done. I asked them to take care of the new roters, but instead they agreed to make the existing ones work by machining them again but proceeded to tell me they would only likely last about 15K miles. I at least got them to agree to do the labor for free on the roters when they die, but I was not happy about having this happen. Normally I like the service, but this time I was not happy. I think that they should have replaced the roters at their expense. I am not even sure the rear brakes were the problem. I had 40% left on the pads. I don't know why they started making horrible noises right after the front brake job, but I had to replace the brakes to make the noise stop and then to find out there was an issue with the front brakes making noise.
