Unprofessional, made me to go there 3 times. Asked about repair for rare tire the patch and charge me for front tire. My car needed to be towed to the dealership. I was informed that the service representative would call me once my car arrived. He never did. I had to call 3 times, left messages, and finally got I was informed that the service representative would call me once my car arrived. He never did. I had to call 3 times, left messages, and finally got a hold of him 3 hours later. I asked him a few questions, which he did not answer. I then received a text later that evening that my car was ready. When I went the next day to pick up my car, I had to go 3 different places before they could find my key. No explanation as to what was done. I know it was the battery, not sure if they replaced it or charged it. I asked about the small dent and having it touched up. Was told they were out of touch up paint. That was all. No idea when it would be in. My service rep was no where to be found. Horrible experience. This was not my regular service rep. More
