Since purchasing my used car, there have been several issues needing to be fixed. Some concerns have been addressed while others I’ve been waiting for a response back for weeks after apparent claims have issues needing to be fixed. Sent videos of AC slowly breaking after already being the vehicle in for AC issues, told the guy to not turn my car off so they could see that the AC wasn’t working but they turned it off and ac started working again. Was told that it must’ve been a glitch while I’m still dealing with the issues as it slowly worsens over time with some days it’s working fine and others not working at all. Poor communication and poor scheduling to say the least. More
