The staff at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful especially Oscar in service. However, I have been waiting nine months for a part to come in from my window. It stopped working three months a helpful especially Oscar in service. However, I have been waiting nine months for a part to come in from my window. It stopped working three months after I bought the car and I now have tape holding my window up while I still owe $13,000 on it. This is just unacceptable and wrong. I am paying a lot of money for the extended warranty and the wait time is so wrong. Living in South Florida I have water coming into my car. I’m going to end up with mold damage and this is just very upsetting. I had brought my car in October 2024 to have the window issue diagnosed and was told it was the regulator. Waited seven months for the part to come in only to be told that once they took the door apart, they realized it was the motor not the regulator. Wondering why that wasn’t diagnosed properly back in October More

Came in for a 25,000 multi point inspection (no prior issues with the car). They told me all they did was an oil change and top off fluids. I go to drive away and every single light is on on the dash boa issues with the car). They told me all they did was an oil change and top off fluids. Check engine light, break line, etc. The service manager told me they’d have to hold my car for two days and I’d have to get a rental car. They then proceeded to tell me it was nothing they did and it just so happened to occur when I was there (total xx). More
